Nothing in this policy shall be construed to prohibit the College from refusing to hire, declining a request for a leave, or discharging an Employee who, because of the Employees current use of alcohol or drugs, violates the Colleges policies, or is unable to perform duties in a manner which would not endanger the Employeeshealth or safety or the health or safety of others.
